We report on lottery products and regulations, but we don't sell tickets or handle prize claims. If you spot an error in our writing, tell us. If your problem is with a lottery operator or ticket, follow the steps below.
-
Contact us first. If you believe we have published something inaccurate or misleading, email our corrections team at corrections@ with details of the article, the date, and what we got wrong. We aim to respond within three business days. When we make a mistake, we publish a correction on record.
-
Contact the operator. Complaints about lottery products, prize payments, ticket disputes, or ticket validation must go to the operator directly. For Queensland lotteries, contact The Lott using their contact page or Golden Casket. We cannot resolve claims because we do not sell tickets and have no access to your account or tickets.
-
Escalate to the regulator. If the operator has not resolved your complaint within a reasonable time, lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR Queensland). OLGR publishes a complaints form and investigates licensed-operator misconduct.
